Rules for Energy Purchasers
•Each company is allocated two free basic financial models per calendar year per state
oShould a company wish for Think Energy to perform additional basic financial model(s) in a calendar year, this can be performed for a fee of $250/model
oShould a company sign a contract with Think Energy to pursue an installation, that financial model does not count against the total free model count
oIf Think Energy completes two free basic financial models that indicate two projects that meet the company’s financial requirements and the company fails to sign a contract with Think Energy to pursue at least one installation, the company must pay for all subsequent basic financial models until such a contract is signed
•If a company realizes that the information it provided to Think Energy was not accurate, Think Energy can run the financial model again BUT the second run will count against the total free model count
•The results of each model should be considered confidential and only for internal company use
•If Think Energy is able to secure a proposal that meets the company’s financial requirements and the company fails to engage in the project, the company must pay for Think Energy’s work on a time and materials basis.
